Buying Wedding Jewelry Online

 

WEDDING JEWELRY RETURNS POLICY

Tejani.com guarantees to refund or exchange any wedding jewelry item you are not completely satisfied with, providing you request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 7 days of receipt and the item is returned in new and re-saleable condition within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. Items noted as final sale below are not eligible for return or exchange at any time.   Merchandise returned after 14 days will be refunded at the last activity / sale price or the current selling price, whichever is lower, in the form of a store credit.

Once your return is processed, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. Shipping charges are not refunded on return items. Jewelry items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal value.  There is a flat $10 re-shipping charge for exchanges within the U.S. and $25 for international orders.

FINAL SALE / CUSTOM ORDERS

The following are all final sale and not accepted as returns or exchanges:

  • Sale items, including discounted sets and items bought on deal sites, such as DressRush, Ideeli, DealFind, etc.*
  • Custom finishes: Antique Silver, Gold and Antique Gold
  • Custom stone colors
  • Clip-on earrings
  • Trunk show jewelry sales

*Store credit can also be issued by request for the original purchase price on sale items sold in shiny silver without custom stone colors or post backing, if an RMA is acquired within 7 days of receipt.  Merchandise returned after 14 days will be refunded at the last activity / sale price or the current selling price, whichever is lower, in the form of a store credit.

RETURN / EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling Customer Service at 1-888-9TEJANI (1-888-983-5264), Monday to Friday, 10:00 am–6:00 pm ET, or via email at info@tejani.com. Outside the U.S., please call 1-212-354-3144.
  2. Print and complete our Returns and Exchanges Form
  3. Repack the jewelry item in its original packaging with the Returns and Exchanges form and original invoice.
  4. Prepare your package for mailing with our return label, found on the returns form.  We recommend purchasing insurance or requiring a signature if sending by regular post, or using FedEx or UPS, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  5. Mail your package to:

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within 7 days of the date of purchase.  To obtain a price adjustment, call 1-888-9-TEJANI (outside the U.S. please call 1-212-354-3144) or send an email to support@tejani.com within the 7-day window.  Please include your order number in the email message.

Items purchased at an already reduced price or with a promotional discount are not eligible for price adjustments.  We will not make adjustments for timed offers.  Items purchased at or reduced to a sale price are final sale.

 

JEWELRY REPAIRS

Tejani will repair any wedding jewelry design purchased on Tejani.com.

To return a jewelry item for repair: 

  1. Obtain a Repair Work Order (RWO) number by calling 1-888-9TEJANI (1-888-983-5264), Monday to Friday, 10:00 am–6:00 pm ET, or via email at info@tejani.com. Outside the U.S., please call 1-212-354-3144.
  2. Pack your jewelry item, and if your item is less than one year old, include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase; items over a year old will be charged for repairs.
  3. Include the RWO number in the following return shipping address and mail to:
