  • What materials are used in the Tejani wedding jewelry collection?
    A. Tejani jewelry is handcrafted in Mumbai, India by local artisans. The pieces are crafted in brass, cubic zirconia, Austrian crystals and organic man-made pearls. Each jewelry piece is rhodium plated and 18K plated, ensuring a strong metallic base that never tarnishes.  There is a very small percentage of nickel in our pieces.  If you have an allergy or sensitiviy is high, we offer white gold plating for an additional charge.
  • How long does my jewelry order take to ship?
    A. Orders shipped within the U.S. will take approximately 3 to 5 business days. Orders shipped internationally will take approximately 5 to 7 business days. Out-of-stock or custom finish jewelry pieces will take up to 4 weeks from the time the order is placed.
  • What other retailers carry Tejani?
    A. Tejani handcrafted wedding jewelry is available in select stores worldwide.  Please visit our retailers page for a store list.
  • What is your return policy?
    A. Tejani.com will accept items for exchange or return if the item is returned in new and re-saleable condition within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. Read about our return details.
  • What is your repair policy?
    A. Tejani will repair any design purchased at Tejani.com. Read about our repair details.
  • How do I clean my bridal jewelry piece?
    A. Please keep your jewelry piece in our signature box in order to preserve its shine. Do not spray perfume or use any liquids or jewelry cleaners on your piece.
  • Do you gift wrap?
    A. Every piece of Tejani jewelry arrives in our signature box with an elegant bow. Gift cards are included for gifts of bridesmaid jewelry.

    A. For exclusive Tejani wedding jewelry collections, not available online, please visit our NYC Showroom.
  • Do you have a catalog?
    A. Due to continual updates made to the bridal jewelry collection, Tejani does not have a printed catalog. The entire collection can be viewed on Tejani.com.
