I started the process using the personal recommendation service. I sent a picture of my dress and Urvi sent me, after a couple of days, some options to go with it. They were stunning! As I was traveling to NY, I asked her to have the bangle I chose available in my size. I went to the showroom and the experience was great! Not only is Urvi very professional, but also very helpful!
